Our place was newly renovated but it takes a special buyer to dig a garden unit. An offer the 1st week fell through and they immediately contacted a potential buyer who had shown interest at the open house. SOLD just shy of our ambitious asking price. It was also a very stressful transaction since the building had pre-covid city fines that couldn't be cleared due to many court date delays during Covid.
