Mark's entire team were incredible to work with! Highly responsive, knowledgeable, and effective in their process every step of the way. My husband and I worked with several folks in his office (Mark, Charles, Diana, Kyra) to purchase a new townhouse and sell our condo, and everyone was GREAT.

In 2021 we sold our English Garden condo with Mark and Diana. Our place was newly renovated but it takes a special buyer to dig a garden unit. An offer the 1st week fell through and they immediately contacted a potential buyer who had shown interest at the open house. SOLD just shy of our ambitious asking price. It was also a very stressful transaction since the building had pre-covid city fines that couldn't be cleared due to many court date delays during Covid. Mark was clear their job is only 10% selling and 90% anxiety management for clients. SO TRUE. They handled everything with poise, confidence and patience. Fast forward to 2023, ready to buy again and the market at our sub-$200K range is ROUGH. We ended up getting lucky with a purchase directly from a seller, so no agents needed, but Mark was still gracious enough to give us negotiation tips and advice after the inspection. I recommend this team to EVERYONE looking to sell or buy in Chicago. They are the BEST!

Mark Zipperer was exceptional! We had both a complicated and very fast sale of our home and purchase of a 2 flat in Chicago. Our house sold after 6 days of listing it.
Mark was went above and beyond, even taking care of our crazy dog for showings: when we couldn’t get off work and find a solution for our dog to be out of the house. Mark and his team were real assets during negotiations, closing and after. We were from out of town, bought quickly and had to do several steps remotely. Mark was able to walk us through the steps that were unique to Chicago, was available and our "eyes and ears" when we could not be there in-person and he and Kyra were incredibly helpful making sure everything was ready for our arrival from out of town.
